By canon, the Diocesan Board of Trustees has custody and control of the securities, all endowment funds, and all permanent funds and securities of whatsoever kind, belonging or appertaining to the diocese and to each and every mission, school, home, corporation and institution, other than a parish, connected with the diocese. The Bishop, the Treasurer and four other members, appointed by the Bishop, constitute the Diocesan Board of Trustees. Each of these appointed members serves a four-year term.
