authority of the diocese.

Chancellor of the Diocese
The chancellor is the legal officer of the diocese and in that capacity
the legal advisor to the Bishop, the Diocesan Convention, the Executive
Committee, The Standing Committee and all other departments and committees
of the diocese.

Vice-Chancellor of the Diocese
The Vice-Chancellor assists the Chancellor, when requested, and performs
the duties of the Chancellor when the Chancellor cannot act.

Secretary of the Diocesan Convention
The Secretary of the Diocesan Convention is also the Secretary of the
Diocese. The Secretary is responsible for: giving timely notice of regular
and special meetings of the Diocesan Convention; recording the proceedings
of the Diocesan Convention; and preserving the journal and records of
Convention.

Treasurer of the Diocese
The Treasurer is the financial officer of the diocese and is responsible
for receiving and disbursing the funds of the diocese. All expenses and
obligations, as provided for in the diocesan budget, are paid by the Treasurer.
The Treasurer is also the chairman of the Diocesan Finance Committee.
