Tower Facilitator training set for April 4-6
The Alpine Tower Challenge Course at Camp Hardtner is an incredible resource
for team building and confidence building for individuals and groups. Our
Alpine Tower is the only one of its type in the state of Louisiana. It is
also a great deal of fun and adventure for those who attempt it!
Use of the Tower requires trained and certified facilitators to insure safety and goal achievement. The tower facilitators complete a three day intensive training session conducted by Alpine Adventures who constructed the tower. A training course will be conducted at Camp Hardtner on April 4-6. Those completing the training are expected to assist with groups using the tower and conducting maintenance on the tower throughout the year.
Lodging and meals are provided during the training. Facilitators need to be in good physical condition and good communicators. Anyone interested in volunteering to become a facilitator should contact Pat Higgins at Camp Hardtner E-mail Patrick Higgins at: path_62972@yahoo.com.
