Diocesan Daughters of the King to host Province VII "Daughters of the King Spring Assembly"
The Diocesan Daughters of the King of Western Louisiana will host the annual Spring Assembly of the Province VII Daughters of the King.
Representatives from all twelve dioceses that comprise Province VII of The Episcopal Church are expected to be in Alexandria, March 12-14 as St. Timothy's Episcopal Church plays host to the meeting.
"Hebrew 11:1, which says 'Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen,' has been chosen for the gathering," said Denise Rox, diocesan Daughters president. As many as 145 attendees from Western Louisiana and the other eleven dioceses of Province VII are anticipated for the annual event.
