Eucharist is first event of Convention
The Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Western
Louisiana, was held at the Alexander Fulton Hotel in Alexandria, LA on October
9-10, 2009.
The first event of Convention was the Convention Eucharist
held at the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Cathedral in Alexandria at 1:30
p.m. on Friday with the Rt. Rev'd D. Bruce MacPherson, diocesan of Western
Louisiana, presiding.
The Rt. Rev'd Don A. Wimberly, D.D., Bishop of Texas, retired,
was the Convention preacher.
